Ingredients
- 8 skin on/bone-in chicken thighs, trimmed of excess fat
- 2 Tsp dried rosemary seasoning (more to taste if needed)
- 3 small sprigs fresh rosemary (optional)
- salt/pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Trim thighs of excess skin/fat if needed, pat dry with paper towel
- Season each thigh, both sides, with salt/pepper and dried rosemary
- Place thighs on baking sheet (line with foil/parchment paper if desired for easy clean up)
- Roast for 35 – 45 minutes, or until thermometer measures 160+ degrees when inserted in thigh
- ** If using fresh rosemary sprigs, place around thighs on baking sheet after first 20 minutes of roasting time **
