Rosemary Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 8 skin on/bone-in chicken thighs, trimmed of excess fat
  • 2 Tsp dried rosemary seasoning (more to taste if needed)
  • 3 small sprigs fresh rosemary (optional)
  • salt/pepper (to taste)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Trim thighs of excess skin/fat if needed, pat dry with paper towel
  3. Season each thigh, both sides, with salt/pepper and dried rosemary
  4. Place thighs on baking sheet (line with foil/parchment paper if desired for easy clean up)
  5. Roast for 35 – 45 minutes, or until thermometer measures 160+ degrees when inserted in thigh
  6. ** If using fresh rosemary sprigs, place around thighs on baking sheet after first 20 minutes of roasting time **
